It's funny I was in Paris about a week after you guys and probably took pictures of all the same stuff you did. :)
When I was in London I found a Canadian bar called "The Maple Leaf". I suggest you open a Canadian Bar in Seattle called, "The Maple Beaver." It could be a fusion of both the bar in Paris and the one in London. Alternatively I suppose you could just goto Vancouver for the weekend, but that idea is not nearly as much fun.
