I just had a very distinctive Seattle experience. Observe:

1. It was raining
2. I was riding the great bus system
3. A long line of protesters holding signs walked by, stopping traffic
4. They were protesting Bush and his policies
5. Many of them were also holding coffee cups
6. A police patrol followed, mounted on environmentally friendly bicycles
7. No one on the bus seemed to notice

Did I mention it was raining?
